 Is the Merchandise in stock on hand?

Absolutely, all products listed in our collection section that shows in stock is indeed on hand. We are not joint with any third party company, which is great for you as a customer, ensuring that all products are available for you to purchase right away. Another plus is, we have new arrivals daily for you to stay in tune with the latest trends.

 

Do you accept returns or give refunds?

All sales are final, for hygiene and health concerns. Eye Candi Bar can not and will not accept returns on eyelashes, jewelry, and any clothing merchandise due to Covid. We will only replace products if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please look carefully at all of our photos for each style, to make sure you are happy with the product before you purchase.

 

Do you offer Local Pickup?

Yes, the local pickup option is available at checkout (Mesquite, TX)

Sun- No pick up options available for Sundays.
